I adore Chado Ralph Rucci, whether it be spring/summer, fall/winter, and especially resort. First, the designer himself is not only a talented and impressive fashion designer, but he is also an artist, and personally, I believe the two go hand in hand. Fashion, art, culture, creativity. See how creative he got with his Resort 2013 collection, full of sequins, sheer mesh snippets, wide legged, wrap pants, and so much more!

Brooklyn Baby
I love where I live baby. Long Island, a hop, skip, and hardly a jump away from NYC, the city that never sleeps, with concrete jungles where dreams are made of.
You can take the girl out of Brooklyn, but you can't take the Brooklyn out of the girl. xx
Pink Ombre
I've been thinking about doing the ombre look for quite some time now. Now, I'm thinking a fun pink ombre look that is semi-permanent. Maybe some Manic Panic in Cotton Candy pink? What do ya'll think?

EAT UP: Grapefruits
Grapefruits are, besides a gorgeous hue of pink, extremely beneficial to your health. Want to lose weight? Do it by eating these. Need to lower your cholesterol? Eat up!
These succulent, sweet but sometimes bitter fruit, serves many beneficial dietary purposes. For one, you can eat your way to losing weight. Sounds too good to be true? It's not! Grapefruits have a massive amount of enzymes that BURN the fat away and increases your body's metabolism. Try eating a grapefruit a day or even a glass of it's juice, and see the pounds shed.
The antioxidants in a grapefruit have also been found to lower high cholesterol, however, if you are on prescription drugs, this may have a negative effect on the drugs, so check with your doc first before treating yourself with both.
Dolce & Gabbana | Spring Summer 2013 Full Fashion Show | Menswear (Exclusive)
Dolce & Gabbana fashions are typically a fave of mine, but I have to agree with some of the comments in the video here, see for yourself. Some of the looks, completely amazing, and some...what happened?
Previse HydroBalm
This past week, I was lucky enough to attend the HBA Global Expo and got a TON of awesome products that I will, of course, be writing about on here, as well as my work blog, Eau Talk, and contributing to Perfume.org.
I'm starting with Previse Skin Care because they provided me with a significant amount of products, they have skin type products from level 1-6 and gave me ALL to try, and because of that, I got to share with my co-workers these products.
This hydrobalm however, I ended up keeping for myself, because it caters to all those 6 skin types, from 1-6. The balm contains all natural ingredients that promise to improve the skins hydration. The balm is ZeroSilicone paraben, phthalate, PEG, and petroleum free, so it's ideal for those who suffer from low levels of moisture due to teh environment, their age, or plain ol' genetics. You can feel the difference of the balm from other lotions and moisturizers the instant you apply it onto your skin; it doesn't clog your pores and your skin is not left with a greasy film.
Love this hydrobalm, it's quick, easy, and it's great for all over! Thanks PreviseCare!
Must Haves
This summer, there are just a few things I
can't stop myself from buying in the stores, and I really really need to stop.
It's like this, "OoO that's so nice, but don't I have that shirt
already?". Been there, done that, do it again? Sure, get it in another
color! (guilty guilty guilty)
So yes, the lace
trend is freakin' amazing and I can't stop with it. First, it all started with
a gorgeous mint colored lace tank from H&M, then a white collared
halter top lace shirt from Forever21...too cute.
Now moving onto
the next, how about those sheer, sheath blouses, you know, the high low ones.
Amazing, I swear I think I have the same top in more colors than I can count on
one hand. But hey, it's all good right? So what are your summer must haves? I'm
still on the hunt for a gorgeous collar/bib piece, like so in the photo below.

eshakti
So normally I do not do reviews, but I couldn't turn this one down. A cool company called eshakti contacted me in regards to their product, a very different and unique way of wearing trendy fashion.
eShakti makes distinctive designer clothes for women. They offer custom-sizes as well as standard-size. The customization is what makes their styling truly unique, you can make a dress you pick longer or shorter, change the length of a sleeve or even the neckline. I love this because sure, you can be wearing the "same" dress as someone, but look totally different, with a different neckline, sleeve type, and length of dress.
I chose a capped sleeve, so the dress hangs on my shoulders and a dress right below knee length, perfect for the office or a day out in the park.
I really love this dress, the color is vibrant and the texture is soft. It's a bit snug for me, I don't know if I gained a pound of two in the tummy, but I don't care, I'll lose it just to wear this gorgeous dress.
So...what do you think? Check out eshakti and let me know what 'version' of which dress you customize for yourself!
