Typically speaking, Maxi Dresses usually relate to Spring and Summer seasons. Well HELLO Fall 2010; surprising us with maxi dresses to be worn for the nibble of cool weather before the winter season falls.

With neutral colors and bursts of rusts and reds, these dresses are giving fashion a spin, and I definitely LOVE it.

so this is a post where I vent about how I wasn't able to go to another exciting fashion related event due to my stinky part time job. this event was 6:30 to 11:30 and rather than raise cancer awareness for cancer research centers and hospitals with the help of fashion designers and organizations, I was at a grocery store deli, managing the employees and closing the department up, not to mention wiping and cleaning all the slicers.

Rather than see the same Dick and Harry, with 3 inch bifocals on, I would much have preferred designers like Karen Miller, TADASHI SHOJI, Thuy Diep, WHISTLE FLUTE, LOTUSGRACE, KAHRI BY KAHRIANNE KERR, and BYRON LARS BEAUTY MARK .

But hey, look what I found; I feel like I was there AND I got a little backstage pass.

So as I'm sitting home contemplating, "what should I eat" i figure let me look up some foods that can make my mouth water to figure out what I am in the mood for.

First thing I look up is grilled cheese, I'm not in the mood to cook all out, just a simple, quick fix. I came across this photo and thought, this is a bit cute, and a lot of bit creepy! Fortunately, it had no effect on me choosing my sandwich choice for lunch, but I thought I'd share this ad for grilled cheese.

On the other hand...the description below happened to catch my attention and my taste buds too! :) Bon Apetit.

Today, because of my new little promise to myself...I managed to go to a thrift store by my house, UNIQUE; it was the most organized thrift store I've seen & not to mention the largest. It was awesome!!

I got a leopard pencil skirt, a gray suede skinny belt, silver dagger post earrings, the book, MODEL by Michael Gross, and a cute little black and white vest. I left spending $13 and am so damn proud of myself! Vintage may just be my new thing ;)

Oh yeah, and I bought this from Forever 21, it was like $4, I hope it looks cute and not cheesy on.

Typically known for their welly boot, Hunter adds some height for this fall and these boots are too good to be true.

Brick red polyester pleated pants from American Apparel. Perfect for the office to add some spice and flavor to a business look. I want these but I dont know for $80? Maybe?

Bobbi Brown cosmetics are awesome. I buy their concealer and bronzer and they work wonders. The concealer is so amazing, its split into a cream and then a powder to pat on once you blend the cream into the warmth of your skin. Seriously the best cover up I've ever gotten my hands on. That's why I am so excited to buy Bobbi Brown lipsticks this fall, especially this intense color, blackberry. I figure if your not wearing a gloss but a lip color, mine as well be bright and bold and what better to do that with this scrumptous berry color?
